PSTA meetings are held at 3201 Scherer Drive, St. Petersburg, FL 33716, unless otherwise noted on the agenda.

If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at these meetings, he will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purposes, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
