All GO Card sales are final.
GO Cards are non-redeemable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
PSTA and its agents assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or mutilated cards.
Passengers with unreadable GO Cards will be required to pay the full fare before boarding the bus.
Proper ID is required for reduced fares.
GO Cards are activated upon first use in the farebox.
Daily GO Cards can be purchased on the bus. Exact amount of cash is required as bus operators cannot make change.
The Haul Pass may not be available at all Ticket Outlets. Please call first for availability.
